1 c. white sugar
1 c. white corn syrup

Cook above until starts to boil. Add 1 cup peanut butter (put on heat source until blended). Add to 6 cups Special K cereal. Spread in 9x13 buttered pan.

Melt in saucepan on low heat: 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Spread on bars for frosting.
