1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
3 c. Special "K" Cereal

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Add 3 cups Special "K". Butter cookie sheet, press first mixture into pan evenly. Top with melted chips (melt over low heat). Spread over first mixture. Slice in bars.
