MILLIONAIRE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 (8 oz.) Hershey bars
1 (13 oz.) can Carnation milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to steady boil and boil for 8 minutes.

In large dish combine chocolate chips, candy bars (broken in pieces) and marshmallow creme. Pour hot mixture over these and stir until all is melted and smooth. Add nuts and vanilla. Beat until all is smooth. Pour in 2 buttered large pans (13 x 9 inch).
