PIQUANT TURKEY BALLS 
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 egg
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. onion powder or as much as desired
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or as much as desired
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
6 oz. grape jelly
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Heat chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in heavy skillet or dutch oven until blended. Add the turkey balls, cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Serves 8 to 10.
