OVEN-FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut in 8 wedges
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down in shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture. Makes 8 servings.
