JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY 
3 jalapeno peppers
4 bell peppers
1 c. white vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. pectin

Wash peppers and remove seeds. Grind and place in a pot with vinegar using all juice from peppers. Boil 10 minutes. Strain, then cool. Add pectin and bring to a boil. Add sugar all at once. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, skim and pour into jars. Process in a boiling water bath 10 minutes. Yields about 5 cups.
