BUTTER BUNS 
1 pkg. or cake yeast
1/4 c. water
1 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar and let stand a few minutes. Beat eggs well. Add milk, butter, salt, sugar and yeast. Add 2 cups flour and beat very well. Add remaining flour and knead. Put in a warm place to rise. Shape into rolls and let rise again. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
