"BAILEY'S" IRISH CREAM | |
3 eggs 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 10 oz. half and half 4 tbsp. Hershey's chocolate syrup 1/4 tsp. coconut extract 8 to 10 oz. whiskey (bourbon) Beat eggs, add can of milk. Mix well with whisk. Add half and half - mix well, add chocolate syrup - mix well, add coconut extract - mix well, add whiskey - mix well - keep chilled. Best if made day ahead. |
