COCOA - MOCHA PUNCH 
2 tbsp. instant coffee crystals
2 c. cold water
1 qt. (4 c.) cold milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
3/4 c. coffee-flavored liqueur
2 c. vanilla or coffee ice cream, slightly softened
Whipped cream

In large pitcher or punch bowl, dissolve coffee granules in cold water. Add milk, chocolate syrup, and liqueur; chill. Just before serving, spoon ice cream by tablespoons into punch. Stir slightly to blend. If desired, float whipped cream dollops in punch bowl. 18 (4 ounce) servings.
