OVERNIGHT BREAKFAST 
8 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 1/4 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. plain croutons

Brown sausage; drain and cool. Beat eggs with mustard; add milk and cheese. Add croutons, onion and sausage. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with English muffins or toast.
