SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. bulk pork sausage 9 eggs 3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 4 slices bread 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese Fry, drain and crumble sausage. Slightly beat eggs. Cube bread in 1 1/2" cubes. Combine all and pour into 9"x13" greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12. This is a quick, easy and excellent for overnight company. |
