JANE'S TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2+ cups chopped turkey, deboned
8 oz. sliced portobello mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can white wine (use empty soup can)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 large jar pimentos
8+ chopped black olives
2 cans French fried onion rings
curry powder, to taste
2 oz. Sherry
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325°F for one hour.
