“TURKEY STUFFING CASSEROLE” IS IN:

TURKEY STUFFING CASSEROLE 
2 cups baked bread stuffing
½ cup mushroom soup
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
1 medium tomato
1 tablespoon melted butter

Place stuffing in the bottom of a buttered 1-quart casserole. Combine soup, milk and turkey.

Spred turkey mixture over stuffing. Cut tomato into six wedges and arrange over the top of casserole. Brush tomato with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes; brush again with butter. Bake for 10 more minutes.

Yield: 4 servings.
