2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Angel Flake coconut

Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in blender. Cover and blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
