EASY BROILED CHICKEN 
1 broiler-fryer, cut up, or 3 whole chicken breasts, split in half
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients except chicken well. Place chicken in bottom of broiler pan (no rack) and brush with soy mixture. Broil chicken 4-7 inches from heat for 20-30 minutes, brushing occasionally and turning once or twice. May need to be cooked longer if pieces are thick. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese just at the end and serve. Serves 4.
