EGG AND VINEGAR PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. lard or shortening
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cold water
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 egg

Blend flour and shortening then add other ingredients. Let mixture rest 20 minutes. Very important. Divide dough and roll on floured board.
