PRIME RIB ROAST | |
8 lbs. prime rib roast Salt Pepper Any other spices you wish Place 8 pound roast, at room temperature, in open pan. Salt, pepper and season with whatever you like. Put into a preheated oven at 375 degrees. Do not add water. Do not baste, etc. Cook for 45 minutes. TURN OVEN OFF. An hour before you eat, turn oven bake on to 375 degrees. Cook for 45 minutes again. Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes. Slice and serve. DO NOT OPEN OVEN AFTER FIRST COOKING. DO NOT OPEN OVEN UNTIL FINISHED COOKING THE SECOND TIME. |
