COUNTRY FRIED STEAK 
3 to 6 minute steaks
1 Lipton dry onion soup
flour
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
salt and pepper

Dredge steaks in flour with salt and pepper. Brown steaks quickly on both sides in oil. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle on onion soup mix. Stir together celery soup and water. Pour over meat.

Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Good served over rice.
