SUSQUEHANNOCK INDIAN SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple syrup
1 c. walnut or pecan nuts
1 c. ground, raw cranberries
1 orange, ground
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Chill in oiled, shallow pan or individual molds until firm. Unmold on lettuce. Garnish with mayonnaise. Serves 8.
