TOSSED SALAD 
5-6 heads iceberg lettuce
2 heads green leaf lettuce
2 heads red leaf lettuce
3 lb. carrots, grated
1 lg. bunch celery, chopped
3-4 cucumbers, quartered & sliced
3 sm. pkg. radishes, sliced
1/2 head red cabbage, grated or shredded
8-10 lb. tomatoes, chopped
2 lg. heads cauliflower (sm. pieces)

Tear lettuce into small pieces and toss all ingredients together. Serve with your favorite dressings and toppings; i.e. onions, peppers, croutons, beans, peas or cheese. Serves 100.
