SEAFOOD STROGANOFF | |
1 (8 oz.) med. noodles (sea shell noodles do well) 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 (10 oz.) mushroom soup 1 tsp. dried dill weed 1/4 c. chopped (sliced) green onions 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (available in cans already sliced) 1 c. shredded cheese 1 lb. seafood (use either scallops, shrimp or crabmeat - also can mix two or three together = example 1/2 lb. crabmeat and 1/2 lb. shrimp -if using shrimp cut into small pieces) Cook noodles, drain, set aside. Combine all other ingredients, add to noodles, mixing well (keep out 1/2 cheese). Bake in lightly greased shallow casserole - covered - in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 6 to 8. |
