BBQ SAUCE FOR OUTDOOR GRILLED
TURKEY
 
1 c. warm water
1/4 c. salt
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 sm. bottle Tabasco sauce (2 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. garlic juice
1 or 2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Dissolve salt in warm water. Add other ingredients. Shoot the mixture with a syringe into the turkey about 12 hours before grilling or roasting. This is enough sauce for a 15 pound turkey. Grilling takes from 4 to 5 hours (according to how high heat you have).
