LOUISA MAE'S FUDGE 
12 oz. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
3 bars German sweet cooking chocolate
13 oz. jar marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. granulated sugar
13 oz. can Pet milk
1 stick butter
Dash salt

Place in large mixing bowl the semi - sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, German sweet cooking chocolate, marshmallow creme and vanilla. In heavy 5 quart sauce pan, bring sugar, milk, butter and salt slowly to a boil. Stir constantly and boil 6 minutes. Pour hot syrup over chocolate mixture and blend, add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired. Pour into two 10 inch pans - cool several hours before cutting. Store in tins in a cool place.
