LAYERED COOKIE PUDDING 
4 Oreo cookies, crumbled
1 c. Cool Whip
2 c. cold milk
1 (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding & pie filling (any flavor)

Fold cookies into whipped topping. Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended 1-2 minutes. Pour half of the pudding into individual dessert glasses. Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the whipped topping mixture over pudding in glasses. Spoon remaining pudding over whipped topping mixture. Garnish with additional whipped topping and halved cookies if desired.
