PEPPER STEAK 
3-4 lb. steak, cut up in sm. strips
Green peppers
Onions
2 pkg. Schillings brown gravy mix
1 tsp. soy sauce

Slice green peppers and onions. Saute in butter. Add steak strips and saute. Add gravy mix and simmer until tender and soy sauce while simmering. Serve over rice.
