BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2/3 pkg. (8 oz.) stuffing
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
2/3 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. MBT instant chicken broth

1. Cook broccoli according to directions.

2. Melt butter. Blend in flour and dry chicken broth; slowly add milk.

3. Stir until thickened.

4. In a greased (buttered) casserole dish, pour in sauce and mix with broccoli.

5. Melt butter and combine with stuffing and water. Mix together.

6. Crumble over top of casserole.

7. Sprinkle walnuts on top.

8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Freezes well. Serves 6-8.
