ONE PAN CRANBERRY BREAD 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 or 3 tsp. orange juice

Mix together and drizzle over cool loaf.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan 9x5x3 inches. Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in pan with fork until moistened, beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts.

Pour into pan and bake until tester inserted into center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife around sides to loosen. Cool completely and drizzle with loaf. Makes 1 loaf.
