2 slices bread
2 saltine crackers
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Sugar and cinnamon mixed together in shaker
2 tbsp. oil

Place oil in fry pan on top of stove and get pan hot. Be careful!! Add crumbled bread and crumbled crackers to hot pan. Add a dab of cinnamon and sugar. Brown bread. Mix eggs and milk together and beat. Add some egg mix and another dab of cinnamon and sugar. Repeat until all egg mixture is in pan. Cook well. Serve while hot! It must be eaten. Very good!!
