5 MINUTE CHICKEN RECIPES 
2 to 3 lb. chicken parts for each

CHICKEN DIABLE:

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in baking dish on top of stove. Add 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup prepared mustard, 3 or more teaspoons curry powder. Mix and coat chicken.

PARMESAN CHICKEN:

Coat chicken with melted butter. Then with combination:

2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan
1 (or more) crushed garlic cloves
Salt and pepper

Dot with butter. Can baste.

MARINATED CHICKEN:

Marinate (I skin parts) 1 hour or more in olive oil and lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar, wine) and herbs (oregano, rosemary, tarragon are examples) and salt and pepper. Can baste.

HONEY CHICKEN:

Mix and coat chicken with:

1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger

FOR ALL: Use approximately 2 to 3 pounds of chicken parts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a single layer in a 9x12 inch dish. Serves 6 to 10.
