EGG SAUSAGE CHILE STRATA 
3 c. shredded, sharp cheese
1 lb. pork sausage
5 slices white bread, buttered
1 (4 oz.) can green diced chiles
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Brown sausage. Cut bread in 1/2 inch cubes. Sprinkle half of bread cubes in 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Cover with half the cheese, sausage and chiles. Repeat. Beat eggs. Add milk and seasonings. Pour mixture over all and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
