OLD FASHIONED BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

1. Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2 quart casserole (glass). Beat with rotary beater. Stir in bread cubes and raisins. Dot with butter.

2. Microwave for 25 to 28 minutes, uncovered on simmer or medium low or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
