TOMATO JELLY 
Boil 3 cups peeled and chopped ripe tomatoes with 2 cups sugar for 10 minutes. Add 1 very thinly sliced lemon and 1 to 3 ounce box of lemon gelatin. Boil 10 minutes longer. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
