GRASSHOPPER PIE 
24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Blend cookies with melted butter. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press remainder into pie plate. Mix marshmallow creme and green creme de menthe until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into cookie crumb crust. Sprinkle with topping. Freeze. Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving.
