GRASSHOPPER PIE 
24 Oreo cookies, remove cream and crush
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine Oreos and butter to form a pie crust in 9 inch pie pan. Save a few crumbs to sprinkle on top. Combine creme de menthe with marshmallow cream. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in pie shell. Sprinkle on leftover crumbs. Place in freezer. Let set one to two days before serving.
