GRASSHOPPER PIE 
CRUST:

20 chocolate wafers, crushed
3 tbsp. softened butter

Or use 1 Keebler chocolate pie crust.

FILLING:

2/3 c. milk
26 marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 oz. creme de menthe, green
1 oz. creme de cacao, white

Garnish: Chocolate curls or shavings.

Mix cookies and butter. Pat into 9" pie plate. Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

Scald milk, add marshmallows. Heat until melted. Cool. Add liqueurs. Fold in cream. Garnish with chocolate curls or shavings. Chill 12 hours or longer. Looks pretty for Christmas or Easter. Serves 6 to 8.
