SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed & cleaned
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
3-4 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges
1 can sprouts, optional
Freshly sliced mushrooms
Roasted sunflower seeds, optional
Tomato cut into wedges

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 med. onion, chopped

Toss salad ingredients together. Add dressing when ready to serve.
