OREO COOKIE FLUFF 
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
Pinch of salt
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/3 c. melted butter
3 egg whites
1 1/2 to 2 cups Cool Whip

Mix egg yolks, sugar, milk and salt. Cook over medium heat until coats spoon (or starts to get thick). Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add to hot mixture. Let cool in refrigerator completely.

Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Save some of the Oreo mixture for topping. Beat 3 egg whites until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip. Fold in cooled mixture. Pour mixture over Oreo cookies. Sprinkle remaining Oreo mixture over fluff. Allow set up time in refrigerator before serving.
