BROCCOLI WITH STUFFING 
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, minced
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 pkg. herbed stuffing mix, prepared
1/4 c. butter, melted

Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Place a layer of broccoli in a 2 quart casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour a small amount of sauce over top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Top with stuffing mix. Sprinkle butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
