ELSA'S CLAM SAUCE 
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 cloves minced garlic
6 lemons
4 cans whole baby clams with juice
1 c. whtie wine
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese
Linguini

Saute onion in olive oil until clear. Add garlic, clams with juice, white wine, and juice from 3 lemons. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add juice from remaining 3 lemons and fresh parsley. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over linguine and top with Parmesan cheese.
