CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 whole chicken or 3 chicken breasts, boiled, skinned & boned
1 lb. cooked spaghetti, drained
2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. onion, grated
Mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Saute chicken, butter, onion and mushrooms. Add this to spaghetti and mix well. Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup. Mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
