1 lb. dried lima beans
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 beef bouillon cubes
3/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 c. water

Place all ingredients in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 2 or 3 hours, or until beans are tender. Stir occasionally. Add more water when necessary. Good with corn bread.
