PINEAPPLE PECAN LOAF 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. frozen orange juice
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans

Cream together brown sugar and shortening. Add egg and beat well. Sift in flour, soda, salt. Stir in orange juice, undrained pineapple and pecans. Pour into well greased loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
