PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
3 lemons or 6 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. sugar
1 qt. pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. Half-n-Half

Squeeze lemons. Mix everything together, add a little milk to bring to 3/4 full. Freeze.
