CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 broiler fryer, cut up
Kraft oil
Salt, pepper and paprika
12 oz. jar Kraft pure apricot preserves
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted

Brown chicken in oil; season. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Combine preserves with soy sauce. Serve over chicken. Sprinkle with nuts. Makes 4 servings.
