FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Mix:

8 oz. cream cheese (may use 1/2 plain yogurt to reduce calories & fat)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. fruit juice

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. fruit juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Cream together ingredients for crust. Press in an oiled pizza pan or 2 (9"x13") pans (a jelly roll pan works well). Bake 5 to 8 minutes at 400 degrees; cool.

Mix cream cheese (and yogurt if desired), sugar and juice together; spread on crust.

Mix fruit juice and cornstarch; bring to a boil and cook until thick. Cool. Add fruit to glaze and spread on top.

For fruit use canned peaches, chunk pineapple, strawberries, bing cherries or maraschino cherries, grapes.
