GERMAN CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Crushed graham crackers

Grease springform pan and powder with crumbs of crackers. Put softened cheese in mixer and beat until smooth. Add sugar and sour cream and beat well. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and mix. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn off oven and leave one hour more. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR. Can be served plain or topped with fresh fruit or canned fruit pie filling. Serves 12 to 14.
