FRENCH TOAST "ITALIANO" 
4 (1 inch) thick Italian bread
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Melons and grapes
Honey

Arrange bread in shallow dish. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, orange juice, and honey with wire whisk. Pour over bread. Turn each slice to coat well. (May cover and refrigerate overnight.) Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Melt butter in 8 inch square baking dish. Remove bread slices from mixture, letting excess drip off. Dip in crushed corn flakes to coat both sides. Arrange in butter dish (flat). Bake, turning once, 8 minutes each side until golden. Serve with melon, grapes, and honey.
