CORN PUDDING 
1 box frozen corn, thawed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place baking dish in a shallow pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
