TEXAS HASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Shredded cheese
1 can kidney beans
1 c. minute rice
Corn chips

Brown beef; drain. Stir in kidney beans, including juice, tomato sauce, rice, and water. Cook until rice is tender. Serve corn chips and cheese.
