1 c. taco-flavor tortilla chips
1 envelope of Shake 'n Bake seasoned coating mix for chicken, barbecue style
2 1/2 lbs. cut-up chicken
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Place chips in shaker bag and crush finely. Add the Shake 'n Bake. Shake to blend. Prepare coat and bake chicken as directed on package. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese has melted. Do not spoon pan drippings over chicken. Serve with shredded lettuce, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
